These terms apply to purchases made through Sneaker Central Malaysia. Please review the product details, delivery information and policies before placing an order.

Product information

Our products are Original Quality / UA Quality (Unauthorized Authentic), without official brand authorization or endorsement. Please read the disclosure on each product page. Brand and model names identify the style being offered and do not imply an official relationship with the original brand.

Check the selected colourway and UK size before paying. Product images are references; appearance can vary with photography, display settings and individual production.

Prices and payment

Store prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Review the product price, shipping charge and final total at checkout. Use only the payment methods offered for your order.

Delivery

Estimated arrival from purchase is around 10–14 days for West Malaysia and 12–16 days for East Malaysia. Estimates include processing and delivery, and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Read our delivery information for details.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Please contact customer service about a return, exchange or refund request. Requests are reviewed according to the order circumstances, our Refund Policy and applicable customer rights. Obtain confirmation before sending an item back.
