When will my order arrive?

These arrival estimates include order processing and courier delivery. They are estimates, rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, courier disruption, address issues or other delays may affect arrival.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are processed and shipped within 14 days after purchase. This is the dispatch limit stated in our product descriptions; it is not an additional 14-day period to add to the estimated arrival windows above. Delivery estimates can change if processing or courier delivery is delayed.
Review the shipment or tracking information provided with your order when it becomes available. If you need an update, contact customer service with your order number.
